•Shipping costs and import duties (for international orders) are not included and borne by the customer.

4. Delivery
•We aim to ship your order within 48 to 72 hours, with international delivery typically taking 4–8 business days, though delays may occur .
•Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free standard shipping (for example over €100).

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
•If your order is shipped to an EU address, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from receipt, without justification (“cooling-off period”) .
•Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds
•You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect .
•Returns initiated without our approval will not be accepted.
•Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take longer for the refund to reflect in your account .

7. Exchanges & Cancellations
•We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or product, return the item and place a new order.
•Orders cannot usually be canceled once placed, as our warehouse is highly automated and shipping labels are issued quickly. However, you may request address or variant changes within a short window after ordering .
